4 dead, 79 missing after gas explosion in Russia

Russia : At least 4 People have been killed and 68 are missing after a gas explosion in an condominium constructing rock city Magnitogorsk of Russia.

The constructing has partially collapsed and media in the southern city said cries for help could be heard beneath the rubble.

Some 110 People lived within the building, stated the RIA news agency, citing the emergencies ministry.

Four persons have also been taken to health facility.

The blast reportedly happened at around 6am nearby time, when many People were sleeping on Russian public holiday.

The Kremlin mentioned that President Putin had been told concerning the concern.

Cabinet officers had been heading to town to oversee the rescue efforts.

Magnitogorsk is a city of about 400,000 simply over 1,000 miles from Moscow.
